Randi is so wonderful! I actually found her using Zillow reviews and she is even more awesome than her wonderful reviews! She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the buying process. I really wanted to find a property that would be a good investment, not just a nice house, and she found such a great property so quickly. She is so great to bounce ideas off of, in terms of what upgrades could be made, because she has a lot of experience with remodeling homes. She is also a great negotiator and really knows her stuff when it comes to the loan process, closing process, home refinancing, etc. She is so quick to respond to calls and emails and is incredibly quick on preparing documents and scheduling all the things that come up during the closing process. On top of being such a smart and experienced person, she is just so fun to work with! I will be working with her on every home purchase I make and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Randi!
