She has earned the reputation as one of the top buyers agents in the area as well as working with investors on 1031 Exchanges. Not only does she excel on the business end of real estate but she thrives on customer service and personally getting to know the needs of her clients. Real estate is truly her passion and being an experienced investor only adds to providing clients the information needed to make informed decisions.

After being a corporate meeting manager for fifteen years in the pharmaceutical industry, Randi decided to expand her interest to real estate. For the past 13 years, Randi has jumped head first into all aspects of real estate. She served as a Substitute Trustee for foreclosures and . she has been buying and selling rental properties while learning techniques of creative financing and utilizing various resources.“The most exciting aspect of real estate for me is that each transaction is unique and there are several ways to achieve a goal”.

Randi’s corporate background has given her the expertise to handle every detail for her clients and allow them to enjoy the process. After having sold several investment properties, she realized how much she enjoyed residential and multi-family sales. “I love working with people and home has always been such an important part of my life. I get a sense of fulfillment when I am able to help folks find their home or investment”.

Randi grew up in Louisville, KY graduating from University of Kentucky in Lexington with a BS in Cultural Anthropology. She first fell in love with the Asheville area working as whitewater kayak instructor for the Nantahala Outdoor Center. After living in Palm Springs, CA and Atlanta, GA, she returned to the mountains. She enjoys the many outdoor activities this area has to offer including biking, hiking, trail running and water sports. 

Randi is also an active member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (CREIA), and National Association of Realtors.   She supports Homeward Bound, a local non-profit, that working to end homelessness in Asheville.
